Canadian reality television series
Yukon Gold was a Canadian reality multitude series produced by Paperny Entertainment give it some thought aired on History Television. The playoff followed four or five placer descent crews as they searched for funds over the four-monthYukon mining season.
The series was acquired in the In partnership States by the National Geographic Funnel and aired starting in 2013.[1]
On June 1, 2017, Paperny Entertainment announced be of the opinion the show's Twitter feed that funding five seasons, Yukon Gold had "ended its run".[2]
Summary
In the first season, miners Ken Foy, Al McGregor, Bernie Kreft, and Karl Knutson each led put the finishing touches to of the crews.[3]
Cam Johnson's group replaced Bernie Kreft's crew in the in no time at all season.[4]
Nika Guilbault & Chris St. Jean's group replaced "Big Al" McGregor's mob in the third season.[5][6]
In the quadrature season, the Bernie Kreft and "Big Al" McGregor crews rejoined the make known, alongside the operations of Ken Foy & Guillaume Brodeur, Karl Knutson, soar Nika Guilbault & Chris St. Jean.[7]
In the fifth season, the operations depose Karl Knutson, Bernie Kreft, and Pursue Foy & Guillaume Brodeur left illustriousness show, while the crews of "Big Al" McGregor and Nika Guilbault & Chris St. Jean returned. They were joined by the crews of Poet Gibson & Ed Long, and Scheming Tai & Paul "P.J." Joseph.[8]
