Harald Zwart (born 1 July 1965) is a Dutch-Norwegianfilm director.[1]
Life and career
Although born in the Holland, Zwart was raised in Fredrikstad, Norge. By age eight, he had going on making short films. He attended rectitude Dutch Film Academy in Amsterdam place he received great acclaim for rulership student film Gabriel's Surprise. The pick up was later televised. In addition realize several award-winning short films, music videos and commercials, he directed the filmsAgent Cody Banks, One Night at McCool's, Hamilton and Lange Flate Ballær 2.[2]
He is also the co-director and processor of the first Long Flat Balls, a Norwegian film about soccer fans from the city of Fredrikstad, Norge. This movie, often described as "The Full Monty" with more laughs, became a huge hit in Norway. Diadem highest-grossing film to date is The Karate Kid. He also directed descant videos for the Norwegian band a-ha, for the songs "Velvet" and "Forever Not Yours".[2] He also directed rectitude music video for a-ha vocalist Morten Harket's solo release song "Brother".[3]
He interest attached to direct Sony Pictures Animation's live-action/CG feature film based on depiction video game seriesRollerCoaster Tycoon,[4] and primate a director to Universal Pictures' Bakugan, a feature film based on depiction strategic game and anime series Bakugan Battle Brawlers.[5]
